ABOUT TNT AUTO BODY REPAIR
With nearly twenty years of experience in the collision industry, Tim and Tara Wall relocated from upstate New York to beautiful Franklin County, Virginia in 2001. With a few hand tools and a lot of faith they set out to open a body shop. With a homemade "tent" in a barn, Tim began repairing anything he could get his hands on; from complete paint jobs to farm equipment.
One year later, an opportunity arose for TNT to rent an existing body shop in Glade Hill. The nearly 1200 square-foot shop had been used for storage for over ten years. However it did have a paint room and a frame machine literally from the 1950’s. Six years later, TNT held a ribbon cutting to celebrate the Grand Opening of their newly built state-of-the-art collision repair facility.
With the upcoming EPA regulations taking a dramatic change and a waterborne mandate taking effect in 2012, TNT is one step ahead. In November of 2009 TNT converted to waterborne solvents and is currently operating under the 2012 mandate three years ahead of schedule. TNT also recycles the waste they produce.

TNT Auto Body Repair is raising the standard for collision repair in the Franklin County/Smith Mountain Lake area. Located at 5820 Old Franklin Turnpike (Route 40) just five miles east of Rocky Mount, our nearly 7,000 square foot facility houses 12 work bays, a complete parts department, a bake-cure refinishing system, state-of-the-art frame straightening technology and experienced certified technicians. Our comfortable waiting room is equipped with a flat screen TV, coffee and toys to keep your little ones happy. Our friendly office staff is always available to answer any of your questions and our in-house insurance claims handler works with you to ensure that your claim is taken care of professionally and promptly.
